生物功能性修复系统与传统全口义齿修复治疗低平牙槽嵴的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析生物功能性修复系统(BPS)与传统全口义齿修复治疗低平牙槽嵴的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年2月定边县人民医院收治的80例低平牙槽嵴患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用传统全口义齿修复术治疗,观察组采用BPS进行修复。比较两组治疗效果、咀嚼功能指标、不良反应发生情况、治疗满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.012)。治疗后,两组咬合力大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05);两组咀嚼效率均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率比对照组低,治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统全口义齿修复比较,BPS全口义齿修复治疗低平牙槽嵴的临床效果更好,能够提高患者的咀嚼功能、治疗满意度,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of biofunctional prosthetic system(BPS)and traditional complete denture restoration in the treatment of low-level alveolar ridge.Methods:A total of 80 patients with low-level alveolar ridge admitted to the People's Hospital of Dingbian County from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional complete denture restoration.The observation group was treated with BPS restoration.The treatment effect,masticatory function indexes,occurrence of adverse reactions,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.012).After treatment,the bite force in the two groups was greater than that before treatment,and this parameter in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and this parameter in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the treatment satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional complete denture restoration,BPS complete denture restoration has a better clinical effect in the treatment of low-level alveolar ridge,and can improve the patient's masticatory function and treatment satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
