摘　　要：目的:探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测联合阴道镜检查在宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于白银市第一人民医院行宫颈活检的100例受检者作为研究对象,均开展HPV检测、阴道镜检查和病理检查,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,分析HPV检测联合阴道镜检查诊断宫颈癌及癌前病变的效能。结果:100例受检者中,病理学检查确诊为阳性18例(18.00%)。HPV检测诊断为阳性15例(15.00%),阴道镜检查诊断为阳性14例(14.00%),联合检查诊断为阳性29例(29.00%)。联合检查的灵敏度高于HPV检测、阴道镜检查,特异度低于HPV检测、阴道镜检查(P<0.05)。结论:HPV检测联合阴道镜检查在宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断中的应用价值较高,可提高灵敏度,降低误诊率,为临床的早期诊治提供参考。Objective:To explore the application value of human papilloma virus(HPV)testing combined with colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods:A total of 100 subjects who underwent cervical biopsy at the 1st People's Hospital of Baiyin from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected for study.All subjects underwent HPV testing,colposcopy and pathological examination.The pathological examination results were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of HPV testing combined with colposcopy for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Results:Among the 100 subjects,18 cases(18.00%)were positive by pathological examination,15 cases(15.00%)were positive by HPV testing,14 cases(14.00%)were positive by colposcopy,and 29 cases(29.00%)were positive by the combined examinations.The sensitivity of the combined examinations was higher than that of HPV testing and colposcopy,and the specificity of the combined examinations was lower than that of HPV testing and colposcopy(P<0.05).Conclusion:HPV testing combined with colposcopy has high application value in the diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,and can improve the sensitivity,reduce the misdiagnosis rate,and provide reference for clinical early diagnosis and treatment.
