摘　　要：目的:分析肺部康复训练联合心理护理在肺癌晚期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年11月—2024年9月连云港市赣榆区人民医院收治的肺癌晚期患者93例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和研究组(47例)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施肺部康复训练联合心理护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组乐观、坚韧、力量评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生理功能、心理能力、社交能力、精神/信仰、环境状态评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺部康复训练联合心理护理在肺癌晚期患者中的应用效果显著,可增强其心理弹性,改善负面情绪,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with psychological nursing in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:A total of 93 patients with advanced lung cancer who were admitted to Ganyu District People's Hospital of Lianyungang City from November 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(46 cases)and a study group(47 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with psychological nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of optimism,tenacity and strength in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,psychological ability,social ability,spirit/belief and environmental status in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with psychological nursing in patients with advanced lung cancer has a significant effect,which can enhance their psychological resilience,alleviate negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
