精神运动康复在老年精神分裂症患者社区康复中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精神运动康复在老年精神分裂症患者社区康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月于北京市朝阳区香河园社区卫生服务中心接受康复治疗的60例老年精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。常规组实施常规康复服务,试验组在常规组基础上实施精神运动康复。对比两组康复效果。结果:干预后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于干预前,且试验组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预1、3个月后,两组认知功能评分高于干预前,且试验组高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预1、3个月后,两组精神症状评分低于干预前,且试验组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:精神运动康复在老年精神分裂症患者社区康复中的应用效果显著,可改善患者心理状态、认知功能,缓解精神症状。Objective:To explore the application effect of psychomotor rehabilitation in the community rehabilitation of elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with schizophrenia who received rehabilitation therapy at Beijing Chaoyang District Xiangheyuan Community Health Service Center between February 2022 and February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The conventional group received the routine rehabilitation service,and the experimental group received the psychomotor rehabilitation on the basis of the conventional group.The rehabilitation effect was compared between two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the scores of cognitive function in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the scores of psychiatric symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychomotor rehabilitation has significant application effects training in the community rehabilitation of elderly patients with schizophrenia,and can improve the mental state and cognitive function of patients and relieve the psychiatric symptoms.
