摘 要:乳腺癌(BC)是目前全球女性患病率最高的恶性肿瘤,骨肌含量减少是影响BC治疗疗效、预后以及化疗毒性反应的因素,但临床随访尚缺乏对骨肌含量的监测,定量CT(QCT)已成为监测、量化骨肌含量变化的有效工具。本文综述导致BC患者出现骨肌含量丢失的原因,以及QCT在骨质疏松症(OP)和肌少症(SP)中的应用价值,重点阐述骨肌含量变化对新辅助治疗疗效、预后预测以及化疗毒性评估的研究进展,有助于临床制订更精准、个体化的治疗方案,为提高BC患者疗效和预后提供新的诊疗思路。Breast cancer(BC)is currently the most prevalent malignant tumor in women worldwide.Skeletal muscle mass reduction is a factor that affects the efficacy and prognosis of BC treatment,and the toxic response to chemotherapy.However,there is still a lack of skeletal muscle mass monitoring in clinical follow-ups.Quantitative CT(QCT)has emerged as an effective tool to monitor and quantify changes in skeletal muscle mass.This paper reviews the causes of skeletal muscle mass loss in patients with BC and the application value of QCT in osteoporosis and sarcopenia.It focuses on the study advances in the effect of changes in skeletal muscle mass on the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy,prognosis prediction,and assessment of chemotherapeutic toxicity,which can help to develop more precise and individualized treatment plans clinically,and provide a new approach of diagnosis and treatment to improve the efficacy and prognosis in patients with BC.
