中药石斛自制汤对胃癌术后辅助化疗患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药石斛自制汤联合化疗对胃癌患者免疫功能、中医证候、生活质量的影响。方法胃癌术后病例均来源于潜江市中心医院2022年1月至2023年12月,根据治疗方法的不同分组,对照组30例患者行常规化疗,观察组30例联合中药石斛自制汤治疗,比较患者免疫功能、中医证候、生活质量的影响。结果治疗前观察组与对照组各项免疫功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组分化决定簇抗原4(CD4^(+))、CD4^(+)/分化决定簇抗原8(CD8^(+))高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前观察组与对照组中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组卡氏功能评分(KPS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组KPS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌术后患者接受化疗的同时配合中药石斛自制汤治疗,有利于免疫功能提升及中医证候改善,促进患者生活质量提升,减少化疗副反应,且安全可靠。Objective To observe the effects of self-made decoction of traditional Chinese medicine Shihu combined with chemotherapy on the immune function,TCM symptoms,and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer.Methods Postoperative cases of gastric cancer were all from Qianjiang Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.According to different treatment methods,30 patients in the control group received conventional chemotherapy,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with self-made decoction of Dendrobium.The effects of immune function,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and quality of life of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in various immune function indexes between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher levels of determining cluster of differentiation antigen 4(CD4^(+))and CD4^(+)/determining cluster of differentiation antigen 8(CD8^(+))than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the TCM symptom scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the Karnofsky functional score(KPS)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining chemotherapy with self-made decoction of traditional Chinese medicine Shihu for postoperative gastric cancer patients is beneficial for improving immune function and TCM sym
