依达拉奉右莰醇联合人尿激肽原酶治疗脑梗死的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察依达拉奉右莰醇联合人尿激肽原酶治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法选取2023年1—12月南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院收治的60例脑梗死患者,按照就诊时间顺序,分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组予以依达拉奉右莰醇治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用人尿激肽原酶治疗,比较两组脑电图检查结果、脑血流灌注参数、血清学指标、神经功能及日常生活能力。结果治疗后,观察组患者神经功能评分及同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,日常生活能力评分高于对照组,血流平均通过时间短于对照组,脑血容量、脑血流量大于对照组,癫痫放电次数多于对照组,累及导联数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对脑梗死患者采用依达拉奉右莰醇与人尿激肽原酶联合治疗,可有效减轻机体炎症状态,改善脑血流灌注情况,促进脑神经恢复,改善日常生活能力。Objective To observe the effect of Edaravone dextromethorphan combined with human urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)according to the order of consultation time.The control group was treated with Edaravone dextromethorphan,and on this basis,the observation group was additionally treated with human urinary kallidinogenase.The electroencephalogram examination results,cerebral blood perfusion parameters,serological indicators,neurological function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale and levels of homocysteine and C-reactive protein of the obsenvation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of activity of daily living was higher than that in the control group,the mean transit time was shorter than that in the control group,the cerebral blood volume and the cerebral blood flow were larger than those in the control group,the epileptic discharges was more than that in the control group and the involved leads was fewer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined treatment of edaravone dextromethorphan and human urinary kallidinogenase for patients with cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the inflammatory state of the body,improve cerebral blood perfusion,promote the recovery of cranial nerves,and improve the daily living ability of patients.
