摘  要:为进一步提高并联三电平逆变器的可靠性,提出了一种基于五电平空间矢量调制的容错控制方法。根据不同位置的器件短路或者开路故障,对故障后能够输出的电平进行了统计分类,并在五电平矢量图中画出了可实现容错输出的区域。通过灵活选用冗余空间矢量,实现了单个和多个功率器件故障下的多模式容错运行。该方法无需增加功率器件和传感器,大大提高了并联三电平ANPC逆变器的输出性能和可靠性。仿真结果验证了所提出的容错控制策略的可行性和有效性。To improve the reliability of parallel three-level inverters,a fault-tolerant control method based on five-level space vector modulation was proposed.According to the short circuit or open circuit faults of devices at different positions,the levels that could be output after the fault were classified,and the areas that could achieve fault-tolerant output in the five-level vector diagram were drawn.By flexibly selecting redundant space vectors,multi-mode fault-tolerant operation could be achieved under single and multiple power device failures.The method greatly improves the output performance and reliability of parallel three-level ANPC inverters while requires no addition of power devices and sensors.The simulation results have verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed fault-tolerant control strategy.
