摘 要:以3,3-双(4-二甲氨基苯基)-6-二甲氨基苯肽(结晶紫内酯,CVL)为隐色剂、双酚AF(BPAF)或1-萘酚(NPH)或双酚S(BPS)为显色剂、4-苄氧基苯基乙基癸酸酯(DPE)或1-十八酸(STA)或苯甲酸苯酯(PBE)为固体溶剂,制备了三组分芯材复合物;然后,以脲醛树脂为壁材,通过原位聚合方式对芯材进行微胶囊化,制备了微胶囊色浆,并对样品进行SEM表征。考察了m(隐色剂)∶m(显色剂)∶m(固体溶剂)、微胶囊色浆制备工艺、芯材和壁材质量比(简称芯壁比,下同)对芯材和微胶囊色浆的粒径分布、消色和显色温度、稳定性的影响。结果表明,m(CVL)∶m(BPAF)∶m(DPE)=1∶2∶50制备的三组分芯材的消色温度>55℃,并具有良好的变色滞后能力;在质量分数7%的聚(甲基乙烯基醚马来酸酐)为乳化剂、乳化转速10000 r/min、乳化时间75 min、芯壁比1∶2的条件下制备的微胶囊平均粒径为879 nm,多分散系数为0.122,色浆消色温度为57~61℃,完全显色温度为–15~–20℃。制得的色浆色彩性质良好,可擦性能符合QB/T 2993—2015使用要求。Three component core materials were prepared using 3,3-bis(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-6-dimethylaminophenyl peptide(crystal violet lactone,CVL)as leuco,bisphenol AF(BPAF)or 1-naphthol(NPH)or bisphenol S(BPS)as chromogenic agent,and 4-benzoxy phenyl ethyl decanoate(DPE),or 1-octadecanoic acid(STA)or phenyl benzoate(PBE)as solid solvent,and then micro-encapsulated by urea-formaldehyde resin as wall material through in situ polymerization to obtain microcapsule color paste.The samples were then characterized by SEM,and the effects of m(leuco)∶m(chromogenic agent)∶m(solid solvent),preparation process conditions of microcapsule color paste,mass ratio of core material to wall material(referred to as core wall ratio,the same below)on particle size distribution,color loss and color development temperature as well as stability of core materials and microcapsule color paste were investigated.The results showed that the three component core material prepared from m(CVL)∶m(BPAF)∶m(DPE)=1∶2∶50 exhibited a decoloration temperature of>55℃,and exhibited good color-changing hysteresis ability.The microcapsules prepared under the conditions of mass fraction 7%poly(methylvinyl ether maleic anhydride)as emulsifier,emulsifying speed 10000 r/min,emulsifying time 75 min,core wall ratio 1∶2 displayed an average particle size of 879 nm,polydispersity index of 0.122,decolorization temperature of 57~61℃,and color development temperature of-15~-20℃.The microcapsule color paste showed good color properties,with the erasable performance meeting the requirements of QB/T 2993-2015.
