摘 要:保障U形港湾区的运行安全,而难以兼顾运行效率是多数大型机场的发展痛点,如何在满足U形港湾区内多航空器运行的同时,及时监视港湾运行冲突是亟待解决的问题。对此,提出了一种基于航空器态势的三通道U形港湾区运行冲突识别方法。首先,阐明港湾运行特性并分析冲突影响因素;然后,将港湾内航空器的运行态势细化为4种情况,分别为准备推出、正在推出、正在滑行和即将入位,再将运行冲突划分为3种类型,分别为推出-推出冲突、推出-滑行冲突和滑行-滑行冲突,结合港湾运行规则,细化不同类型的冲突情况,建立冲突识别模型,给出冲突量化条件;进而,结合判别分析法,对航空器运行态势建立判别规则,关联运行态势,得出港湾冲突识别策略,从而识别多样化运行冲突;最后,以港湾区仿真运行场景为例,识别存在冲突的航空器,采用熵权法和灰色综合分析法量化识别结果,并进行对比分析,结合港湾冲突指数得出冲突程度排序。结果表明,基于航空器态势判别的冲突识别策略能够有效识别港湾区运行冲突并量化冲突程度。研究结果可及时监视港湾区多航空器同时运行时的运行态势和冲突情况,能够为港湾区的安全高效运行提供理论参考。Balancing operational efficiency with the safe management of the harbor apron presents a significant challenge for the development of many large airports.Addressing the need for simultaneous multi-aircraft operations in a U-shaped harbor apron,along with the timely monitoring of operational conflicts,is an urgent issue that requires effective solutions.To address this issue,we propose a three-channel method for identifying operational conflicts in a U-shaped harbor apron,which is based on the status of the aircraft.First,we clarify the operational characteristics of the harbor apron and analyze the factors influencing conflicts.Next,we categorize the operational status of aircraft in the harbor apron into four distinct situations:ready to push back,being pushed back,taxiing,and about to be parked.We then classify the operational conflicts into three types:push back-push back conflicts,push back-taxi conflicts,and taxi-taxi conflicts.By integrating these classifications with the operational rules of the harbor apron,we refine the identification of conflicts across different situations,establish conflict identification models,and outline the conditions for conflict quantification.Furthermore,by employing discriminant analysis,we establish rules for classifying aircraft operational status in relation to various operational situations.This approach leads to the development of harbor conflict identification strategies aimed at recognizing a range of operational conflicts.Finally,using the simulation operations of the harbor apron as a case study,we will identify aircraft involved in conflicts and quantify the results through the entropy weight method and grey comprehensive analysis.A comparative analysis will be conducted,and the findings will be integrated with the harbor conflict index to rank the severity of each conflict.The results demonstrate that the conflict identification strategy,which relies on aircraft status discrimination,effectively identifies operational conflicts at the harbor apron and quantifies the
