摘　　要：改革开放以来我国大力推进以人民为中心的行政体制改革,推动建设了“共建共治共享”的社会治理新型格局。持续推动政治体制改革,增强人民群众“获得感、幸福感和满意度”关系到政治体系的稳定发展、经济社会的正常运行及社会发展的长治久安。我国行政体制改革从初步探索到逐步深化的过程,既是经济社会发展的必然要求,也是政治生活不断自我革新和完善的生动体现。政治体制改革的实践路径是一个多维度、多层次、多目标的复杂系统工程。不仅涉及政治制度的顶层设计,也关系到基层治理的微观实践。因而,探析我国政治体制改革的发展方向,理清其内在的逻辑理路并探析挖掘其价值意蕴的内涵解析,有利于为我们深入理解和推进政治体制改革提供重要的思想武器和行动指南。Since the reform and opening up,China has vigorously promoted the administrative system reform centered on the people,and promoted the construction of a new pattern of social governance with“co construction,co governance,and sharing”.Continuously promoting political system reform and enhancing the people’s sense of satisfaction and gain are related to the stable development of the political system,the normal operation of the economy and society,and the long-term stability of social development.The process of China’s administrative system reform from initial exploration to gradual deepening is not only an inevitable requirement for economic and social development,but also a vivid reflection of the continuous self reform and improvement of political life.The practical path of political system reform is a complex system engineering with multiple dimensions,levels,and objectives.It not only involves the top-level design of political systems,but also relates to the micro practice of grassroots governance.Therefore,exploring the development direction of China’s political system reform,clarifying its internal logical path,and exploring the connotation analysis of its value implications are conducive to providing important ideological weapons and action guidelines for us to deeply understand and promote political system reform.
