摘　　要：为了满足批量生产30MnSi钢的生产需求,在连铸机现有工艺条件下,采取了优化设备参数、强化连铸保护浇注、规范连铸操作、优化二冷配水等措施,达到了30MnSi钢的连铸生产条件,实现了30MnS钢的批量化生产。In order to meet the demand asked by batch production of making the 30MnSi steel based on the existing technological conditions in terms of the continuous caster,such measures as optimizing equipment parameters,strengthening the protective pouring of continuous casting,standardizing operations of continuous casting and optimizing the water distribution of secondary cooling were taken to have achieved the production conditions for making the 30MnSi steel and finally the batch production of the 30MnSi steel was realized.
