摘 要:矿产资源存在资源过度开采、资源配置不合理以及矿业结构不合理的问题,造成露天煤矿开采区的生态环境污染,为此研究露天煤矿开采区生态环境污染微生物修复技术。分析露天煤矿开采区内开采情况,按照污染程度对照标准筛选区域内污染物的分布情况以及严重程度;选择产生活性剂菌株BBAI-1作为微生物菌群,按照四种培养基类型设计菌群制备方案,实现功能性菌液的制备。实验结果表明:不同培养基中的菌液均可以实现重金属污染物的修复,文章方法可以在不同时段中实现对矿区生态环境污染的修复。There are some problems in mineral resources,such as over-exploitation,unreasonable allocation of resources and unreasonable mining structure,which cause ecological environment pollution in open-pit coal mining areas.Therefore,the ecological environment pollution in open-pit coal mining areas in natural attenuation is studied to analyze the mining situation in the open-pit coal mining area,and screen the distribution and severity of pollutants in the area according to the pollution control standard.The strain BBAI-1,which produces active agent,was selected as microbial flora,and the preparation scheme of microbial flora was designed according to four culture media types to realize the preparation of functional bacterial liquid.The experimental results show that the bacterial liquid in different culture media can restore heavy metal pollutants,and the method in this paper can restore the ecological environment pollution in mining areas in different time periods.
