摘　　要：制造业是国家经济的命脉,近年来我国制造业质量管理方法和工具不断创新和发展,针对生产的任一环节都可以进行精确的质量控制。但在产品交付的过程中,仍会有一些问题出现,原因主要是质量管理的过程不够全面。通过分析制造业产品由设计到交付的全过程质量管理,阐述了如何将质量把控的每一步都落到实处,以完善制造业产品质量管理。The manufacturing industry is the lifeline of the national economy.In recent years,China’s manufacturing quality management methods and tools are constantly innovating and developing,and precise quality control can be carried out for any link in production.However,there may still be some issues during the product delivery process,and this is mainly because the quality managenment process is not comprensive enough.By analyzing the entire pro⁃cess quality management from design to delivery of manufacturing products,how to implement every step of quality control to improve the quality management of manufacturing products are described.
