摘  要:在实施“双碳”战略的背景下,推动绿色可持续发展的理念愈发深入人心,企业的ESG表现已成为衡量其可持续发展的重要标准。因此,如何将环境、社会及公司治理(ESG)理念有效地整合进企业的创新体系,以促进从传统创新向绿色技术创新的转型,正是当下学术界所关注的焦点问题。本研究选取2015至2022年间中国沪深A股上市公司作为样本,并通过固定效应模型来实证分析企业在ESG方面的表现如何影响绿色技术的创新及其机制。研究表明:1)企业的良好ESG表现显著促进绿色技术创新,并且这一影响表现出异质性。2)减轻融资约束问题是提升ESG绩效以促使企业进行绿色技术革新的关键因素。3)企业在ESG表现与绿色技术的创新之间,内部控制起到了积极的调节作用。In light of the objectives related to carbon neutrality,the idea of environmentally sustainable pro-gress has received considerable attention.The assessment of a company’s sustainability heavily re-lies on its performance in Environmental,Social,and Governance initiatives.The integration of En-vironmental,Social,and Governance(ESG)standards into corporate innovation strategies to facili-tate a shift from conventional innovation to green technology has emerged as a significant subject of interest in scholarly discussions.This research utilizes data from publicly listed firms on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges spanning from 2015 to 2022,applying a fixed-effects ana-lytical approach to investigate the relationship between ESG performance and advancements in green technology,as well as the underlying mechanisms involved.The results reveal that:1)Strong ESG performance plays a crucial role in enhancing corporate innovation in green technologies,ex-hibiting significant variation in this influence;2)mitigating financing constraints serves as a crucial mechanism through which strong ESG practices enhance innovations in green technology;3)the effectiveness of internal governance plays a beneficial role in moderating the relationship between ESG performance and advancements in corporate green technology.
