摘  要:目的:本研究探究二级功率车试验中相关指标与最大摄氧量的相关性,使用二级功率车试验推算18~25岁青年人的最大摄氧量,建立简便易行的心肺功能评价模型。方法:招募18~25岁健康青年人,仔细阅读知情同意书并在完全了解测试内容后进行签署,测量身高、体重,计算BMI。采用意大利COSMED-K5设备,通过逐级递增负荷运动方案(改良Bruce方案)测得VO_(2)max。两级负荷运动均按照60rpm运动3分钟,在第一级前、第二级后各增加30s(60rpm)以帮助受试者热身与放松。测试过程中持续监测受试者HR,记录一级末心率(HR1)及二级末心率(HR2)。利用逐步回归分析建立二级功率车推算最大摄氧量方程模型。结论:体重、一级末心率与最大摄氧量呈现相关性;模型具有统计学意义,男性模型R^(2)=0.64,RMSE=7.732,女性模型R2=0.53,RMSE=6.024。Objective:Using the secondary power cycle test to determine the maximum oxygen uptake of young people between the ages of 18 and 25,this study examined the relationship between pertinent in-dices and maximal oxygen absorption,established a simple and easy-to-use model to evaluate car-diopulmonary function.Methods:Healthy young people aged 18~25 years were enlisted.They were asked to carefully read the informed consent form and sign it once they understood its contents.Their height,weight,and BMI were also determined.VO_(2)max was determined utilizing the Italian-made COSMED-K5 equipment as part of a progressive incremental loading exercise regimen called the Modified Bruce regimen.The loading exercise was done in two stages,with each level lasting three minutes at 60 rpm and the first level lasting three minutes at 60 rpm.The Modified Bruce protocol,which involves progressive incremental loading exercise,was used to assess VO_(2)max us-ing the Italian COSMED-K5 equipment.Throughout the test,HR was continually monitored,and the heart rates at the conclusion of the first and second levels(HR1 and HR2,respectively)were noted.The maximal oxygen uptake equation for the secondary power cart was modeled using stepwise regression analysis.Conclusion:Body weight,end-of-first-order heart rate and maximal oxygen up-take showed a correlation;the models were statistically significant,with R2=0.64,RMSE=7.732 for the male model and R^(2)=0.53,RMSE=6.024 for the female model.
