摘  要:文章介绍了足球力量训练的特点及对青少年足球运动员力量训练的重要性。根据青少年的生长发育规律和力量训练的特点,除了足球的特点外,青少年足球运动员的力量训练方法有:稳定与快速、推或支撑、手臂屈伸等。青少年足球运动员减少体力的训练方法,如短跑、跑步、半蹲肩扛杠铃等。青少年足球运动员可以通过平板支撑锻炼自己的腹部力量,通过合理运用训练原则,指出青少年球员在下肢力量训练中需要解决的问题。This paper introduces the characteristics of football strength training and the importance of strength training for young football players.According to the growth and development laws of teenagers and the characteristics of strength training,in addition to the characteristics of football,the strength training methods of young football players are:stable and fast,push or support,arm flexion and extension.Training methods for young football players to reduce physical strength,such as sprint-ing,running,half-squat shoulder lifting weights,etc.Young football players can exercise their abdominal strength through plank support,and point out the problems that young players need to solve in lower extremity strength training through reasonable application of training principles.
