摘　　要：目的分析瑶药舒络解痉散熏蒸联合综合康复训练治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者的效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月中南大学湘雅二医院桂林医院南院收治的60例中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用综合康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合瑶药舒络解痉散熏蒸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、肢体肌张力、运动功能及日常生活能力。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组改良Ashworth量表分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分为(79.96±5.31)分,Barthel指数评定量表评分为(80.83±5.49)分,均高于对照组的(70.89±4.58)分、(72.49±4.20)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑶药舒络解痉散熏蒸联合综合康复训练可改善中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者的肢体肌张力,提高运动功能,提升日常生活能力。Objective To analyze the effect of Yao medicine Shuluo Jiejing powder fumigation combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods Sixty patients with spastic paralysis after stroke admitted to the South Hospital of Guilin Hospital,Xiangya Second Hospital,Central South University from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with fumigation of Yao medicine Shuluo Jiejing powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,limb muscle tone,motor function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Modified Ashworth Scale of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale was(79.96±5.31)points and Barthel Index scale was(80.83±5.49)points in the observation group,respectively,which were higher than(70.89±4.58)points and(72.49±4.20)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fumigation with Yao medicine Shuluo Jiejing powder and comprehensive rehabilitation training can improve the limb muscle tension,motor function and daily living ability of patients with spastic paralysis after stroke.
