藿香正气散联合香砂六君子汤化裁治疗急性胃肠炎患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨藿香正气散联合香砂六君子汤化裁治疗急性胃肠炎患者的临床效果。方法选取榆林市榆阳区中医医院2021年11月—2024年6月收治的86例急性胃肠炎患者为研究对象,按随机信封法将其分为对照组(n=39)和研究组(n=47)。对照组采用西医基础治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用藿香正气散联合香砂六君子汤化裁治疗,两组均持续治疗3 d。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的82.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组脘腹痞满不舒、食少纳呆、神疲乏力评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上,加用藿香正气散联合香砂六君子汤化裁治疗能够有效缓解急性胃肠炎患者的临床症状,减轻胃肠炎症刺激,治疗安全性和实用性较高。Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder combined with modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute gastroenteritis.Methods Eighty-Six patients with acute gastroenteritis admitted to Yulin City Yuyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(n=39)and a research group(n=47)according to the random envelope method.The control group was treated with basic Western medicine treatment,while the research group was treated with Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder combined with modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,both groups were continuously treated for 3 days.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 95.74%,which was higher than 82.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal fullness and discomfort,poor appetite,and fatigue in the research group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the addition of Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder combined with modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute gastroenteritis,reduce the inflammatory stimulation of the gastrointestinal tract,and has relatively high treatment safety and practicability.
