摘 要:目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者进行模拟现实步态训练对其下肢运动功能的影响。方法选取2023年3月—2024年3月在上海中冶医院进行康复训练的112例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组56例。对照组进行常规康复训练干预,研究组进行模拟现实步态训练干预,两组均持续干预8周。比较两组患者的下肢运动功能、步行能力及平衡能力。结果干预4、8周后,研究组的Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评定量表评分分别为(15.63±3.04)分、(23.20±5.41)分,均高于对照组的(12.30±1.13)分、(19.32±1.98)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的功能性步行能力量表、Berg平衡量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟现实步态训练可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的下肢运动能力,提高其平衡能力,可取得较好的临床干预效果。Objective To investigate the effect of simulated realistic gait training on lower limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods One hundred and twelve stroke patients with hemiplegia who underwent rehabilitation training in Shanghai Zhongye Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the study group received simulated realistic gait training,both groups continued the intervention for 8 weeks.The lower limb motor function,walking ability and balance ability were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Lower Extremity Scale scores of the study group were(15.63±3.04)points and(23.20±5.41)points,respectively,which were higher than(12.30±1.13)points and(19.32±1.98)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of Functional Ambulation Category Scale and Berg Balance Scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simulated realistic gait training can effectively improve the lower limb motor ability and balance ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia,and obtain a good clinical intervention effect.
