摘  要:目的探讨以岗位胜任力为导向联合多形式教学培养模式在康复治疗专业学生临床实践中的应用。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月于西部战区总医院进行临床实践的56名康复治疗专业学生为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组28例。对照组采用常规培养模式,试验组采用以岗位胜任力为导向联合多形式教学培养模式。比较两组的满意度、考核成绩。结果两组教学满意度、理论考核成绩比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组用人单位满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组康复技能操作考核成绩为(96.21±1.95)分,高于对照组的(91.92±2.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗专业学生在临床实践过程中进行康复亚专业的培训相比传统的实践模式更能满足临床及社会需求。Objective To explore the application of the training mode oriented by job competency combined with multi-form teaching in the clinical practice of rehabilitation therapy major.Methods Fifty-six rehabilitation therapy major students who conducted clinical practice in the General Hospital of Western Theater Command from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional training mode,while the experimental group adopted the training mode oriented by job competency combined with multi-form teaching.The satisfaction and assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results Comparison of teaching satisfaction and theoretical assessment results between the two groups,and the differences between the groups were no statistically significant(P>0.05);the satisfaction level of the employers regarding the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the rehabilitation skill operation assessment in the experimental group were(96.21±1.95)points,which were higher than(91.92±2.76)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical practice process,the training of rehabilitation sub specialties for students majoring in rehabilitation therapy can better meet the clinical and social needs compared with the traditional practice mode.
