摘 要:目的探索局部解剖教学中应用情景模拟教学法(SBL)的效果。方法选取甘肃卫生职业学院2023级94名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,通过整群抽样法选出一个班级为常规组(n=47),另一个班级为研究组(n=47)。常规组采用局部解剖学传统教学法,研究组采用SBL教学法。比较两组学生的考试成绩、优秀率、及格率、学习效果及对教学的满意度。结果研究组的实验成绩及理论成绩均高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的优秀率为61.70%,高于常规组的40.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的提高临床操作技能、提高课堂参与度、培养临床思维、培养自主学习能力评分均高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对教学效果的非常赞同率均在80%以上。结论SBL教学法的运用能够提高局部解剖学的教学质量,增强学生的学习能力,达到学生满意的效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of situational-based learning(SBL)method in local anatomy teaching.Methods Ninety-Four students majoring in clinical medicine in grade 2023 of Gansu Health Vocational College were selected as the research subjects,and one class was selected as the regular group(n=47)and the other class as the research group(n=47)by cluster sampling method.The conventional group adopted the traditional teaching method of local anatomy,and the research group adopted the SBL teaching method.The test scores,excellent rate,pass rate,learning effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The experimental and theoretical results of the research group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellence rate of the research group was 61.70%,which was higher than 40.43%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of improvement of clinical operation skills,improvement of class participation,training of clinical thinking and training of independent learning ability of the research group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of highly agreeing with the teaching effect of the research group were more than 80%.Conclusion The application of SBL teaching method can improve the teaching quality of local anatomy,enhance students'learning ability,and achieve satisfactory results for students.
