摘　　要：通过分析葡萄籽提取物(grape seed extract,GSE)在动物脑部疾病、心肌梗死、肝损伤、肾脏疾病及其他疾病模型中的应用,系统评估其对多种动物疾病模型的疗效。在脑部疾病模型中,GSE通过减轻氧化应激和炎症反应,能够改善认知功能,展现出保护神经元的潜力;GSE在心肌梗死模型中表现出显著的心血管保护作用,能够调节心脏代谢,减少心肌损伤并改善心功能;此外,在肝损伤模型中,GSE被证明有效减轻肝细胞损伤、抑制脂肪沉积并促进肝细胞再生,从而展现出良好的保肝作用;在肾脏疾病模型中,GSE同样显示出减轻肾脏炎症和纤维化的效果,具有潜在的治疗价值;GSE在其他动物模型中的应用研究,例如运动性骨关节损伤、更年期综合征和年龄相关性黄斑病变等,也为其在疾病预防与治疗中的潜在应用奠定了基础。葡萄籽提取物在多种动物模型中的研究展现出广泛的生物活性和临床潜力,可为进一步基础与临床研究提供理论依据。The aim of this study is to systematically evaluate the therapeutic effects of grape seed extract(GSE)in animal models of brain diseases,myocardial infarction,liver injury,kidney diseases,and other conditions.In neurological disease models,GSE has demonstrated the potential to protect neurons and improve cognitive function by alleviating oxidative stress and inflammatory responses.In myocardial infarction models,GSE exhibits significant cardiovascular protective effects,regulating cardiac metabolism,reducing myocardial injury,and enhancing heart function.Additionally,in liver injury models,GSE has been shown to effectively reduce hepatocyte damage,inhibit fat deposition,and promote hepatocyte regeneration,thus demonstrating promising hepatoprotective properties.In renal disease models,GSE also exhibits effects that reduce renal inflammation and fibrosis,suggesting potential therapeutic value.Research on the application of GSE in other animal models,such as those involving exercise-induced joint injury,menopause syndrome,and age-related macular degeneration,further supports its potential for disease prevention and treatment.The studies on GSE in various animal models demonstrate broad biological activity and clinical potential,providing a solid theoretical basis for further basic and clinical research.
