摘　　要：在由技术革命性突破引发的数字化、智能化工业革命背景下,新质生产力成为推动经济高质量发展的关键动力。发展新质生产力不仅是中国经济从高速度发展向高质量发展的必然选择,也是实现中国式现代化、提升中国在国际竞争格局中地位的战略要求。企业是新质生产力的载体和关键主体。新质生产力的管理学本质是企业敏锐感知与迅速应对外部制度、技术和市场变化,抓住机会,有效整合、构建和重新配置内外部资源,革新企业战略,用更适应环境和效率更高的动态能力替代原有动态能力,以获得并保持持续竞争优势。创新在新质生产力形成和发展过程中的重要性远超前几次工业革命,是推动企业资源更新配置、形成动态能力的核心驱动力,贯穿于新质生产力形成与发展的全过程。可按新质生产力的管理学本质构建“环境-制度-资源”的基本分析框架,分析对新质生产力发展有着重大影响的关键因素。Against the backdrop of a digital and intelligent industrial revolution triggered by groundbreaking technological breakthroughs,new quality productive forces have emerged as essential drivers of high-quality economic development.Developing these new quality productive forces is not only an inevitable choice for China’s transition from high-speed to high-quality growth,but also a strategic requirement for realizing Chinese-style modernization and enhancing China’s position in the global competitive landscape.Enterprises serve as the principal vehicles and pivotal actors in this context.The managerial essence of new quality productive forces lies in the acute capacity of an enterprise to swiftly perceive and rapidly respond to changes in external institutions,technologies,and markets,seize opportunities,and effectively integrate,construct,and reconfigure internal and external resources,thereby innovating corporate strategies.This leads to the replacement of original dynamic capabilities with more adaptable and efficient ones,thereby attaining and maintaining sustainable competitive advantages.Innovation holds far greater importance in the formation and development of new quality productive forces than in previous industrial revolutions,driving the reallocation of resources and the development of dynamic capabilities throughout the entire process.Based on the managerial essence of new quality productive forces,a fundamental analytical framework encompassing“environment,institutions,and resources”can be constructed to identify and analyze the key factors that significantly influence their development.
