摘  要:文章旨在探究不同比例木薯渣(CR)对育肥猪生长性能、胴体品质及肌肉能量代谢的影响,试验选用初重为(60.37±3.19)kg的公猪为研究对象,设置5个处理,CK饲喂基础饲料,试验组CR1、CR2、CR3和CR4分别在基础饲料中添加4%、8%、12%和16%的CR,试验为期80 d,测定其生长性能、胴体品质及肌肉能量代谢水平。结果表明:与CK相比,CR1、CR2和CR3组育肥猪的末重、日均采食量(ADFI)、日增重(ADG)和料肉比(F/G)无显著变化(P> 0.05)。CR4组的末重、ADFI和ADG显著低于CK(P <0.05),而F/G显著高于CK(P <0.05)。CR4组胴体重、胴体直长和屠宰率显著降低(P <0.05),瘦肉率、平均背膘厚和眼肌面积无显著变化(P> 0.05)。其他各处理对胴体品质无显著影响(P> 0.05)。CR4组半腱肌的糖酵解潜力和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量显著升高(P <0.05),肌酸(Cr)、磷酸肌酸(PCr)和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的含量显著降低(P <0.05),其他各处理对肌肉能量代谢无显著影响(P> 0.05)。以上结果表明,日粮中添加12%及以下的CR对育肥猪生长性能、胴体品质和肌肉能量代谢无负面影响。In order to investigate the effects of different proportions of CR on growth performance,carcass quality and muscle energy metabolism of finishing pigs,boars with an average initial weight of(60.37±3.19)kg were selected.CR1,CR2,CR3 and CR4 were supplemented with 4%,8%,12%and 16%CR in the basal diet for 80 days,and their growth performance,carcass quality and muscle energy metabolism were measured.Compared with CK,the final weight,ADFI,ADG and F/G in CR1,CR2 and CR3 had no significant changes(P>0.05).The final weight,ADFI and ADG in CR4 were significantly lower than those in CK(P<0.05),while F/G was significantly higher than that in CK(P<0.05).Carcass weight,carcass straight length and slaughter rate in CR4 were significantly decreased(P<0.05),but lean meat rate,mean backfat thickness and eye muscle area had no significant changes(P>0.05).The glycolytic potential and LDH of semi-tendinous muscle in CR4 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the contents of Cr,PCr and ATP were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Adding 12%or less CR had no significant adverse effects in fattening pigs.
