摘　　要：人们往往将“格里尔逊式”纪录片简化为“画面加解说词”的形式,这种解读忽略了格里尔逊纪录片模式所蕴含的深层意义和丰富内涵。“格里尔逊式”纪录片“画面加解说词”的模式,与格里尔逊的生命经验紧密相连,背后体现的是美国芝加哥学派关注现实问题的社会学研究取向。将电影作为一种讲坛的理念,发展出“格里尔逊式”纪录片以解说为主的影片风格,但这类纪录片中画面与解说词并非简单的依附关系,而是一种相互促进、相互增强的关系,这与“形象化政论”存在显著的区别。虽然格里尔逊对过度的形式主义进行了批评,但他并不排斥纪录片的诗意表达。通过对光影、构图和节奏的精心设计,“格里尔逊式”纪录片呈现出了既具有诗意又能够引起情感共鸣的影像特质。People tend to simplify the“Grierson style”documentaries into the form of“picture plus commentary”,but this kind of interpretation ignores the deep meaning and rich connotation of Grierson’s documentary model.The mode of“picture plus commentary”of“Grierson style”documentaries is closely related to Grierson’s life experience,and what it reflects behind is the sociological research orientation of the Chicago School of the United States,which pays attention to practical problems.The idea of taking the film as a kind of pulpit has developed the film style of“Grierson style”documentaries which is mainly based on commentary,but the picture and commentary of“Grierson style”documentaries are not simply dependent on each other,but a relationship that can promote and enhance each other,which is significantly different from“visualized political commentary”.Although Grierson criticized excessive formalism,he did not reject the poetic expression of documentaries.Through the elaborate design of light and shadow,composition and rhythm,the“Grierson style”documentaries present the image characteristics of both poetic and capable of evoking emotional resonance.
