摘  要:耕地集约利用对粮食安全、生态环境和耕地保护有深刻影响。耕地生态效率是评价耕地利用经济与环境绩效的有效测度。本文以河西走廊20个县(市、区)为研究对象,运用改进熵值法和综合指标法、非期望产出SBM模型,分别测算了2000—2018年耕地集约利用度和耕地生态效率;运用耦合协调度模型,揭示耕地集约利用水平与耕地生态效率系统耦合协调关系的时空演化特征。研究表明,耕地集约利用水平指数呈“N”形,且2000年耕地集约利用水平指数均高于其他年份,阿克塞县、肃州区、凉州区耕地集约利用水平较高,肃南县、天祝县、山丹县、瓜州县耕地集约利用水平较低。耕地生态效率指数呈“V”形,呈现2006年>2000年>2018年>2012年的变化趋势。耦合阶段处于低度耦合和不耦合阶段,空间差异较小且耦合度始终偏低。协调等级主要处于勉强协调、濒临失调、轻度失调状态,空间上呈零星状,且差异明显,整体呈由西向东递增的梯度变化。耦合协调、不耦合失调转变为耦合失调的县(市、区)数量在整个变化过程中占比较高,且系统协调性整体处于失调状态,但耦合协调度在逐步增强。The intensive use of cultivated land has a profound impact on food security,ecological environment and cultivated land protection.Cultivated land ecological efficiency is an effective measure to evaluate the economic and environmental performance of cultivated land use.In this study,20 counties(cities and districts)in the Hexi Corridor are taken as the research object,and the improved entropy method,the comprehensive index method and the unexpected output SBM model are used to measure the intensive use of cultivated land and the ecological efficiency of cultivated land in 2000—2018.The results show the level index of cultivated land intensive use was"N"shape,and the average index of cultivated land intensive use in 2000 was higher than that of other years,and the level of cultivated land intensive use was higher in Akesai county,Suzhou district and Liangzhou district,but was lower in Sunan county,Tianzhu county,Shandan county and Guazhou county.The ecological efficiency index of cultivated land showed a"V"shape,showing a trend in 2006>2000>2018>2012.The coupling stage is in the low-degree coupling and non-coupling stage,and the spatial difference is small and the coupling degree is always low.The coordination level is mainly in the state of barely coordinated,on the verge of disorder and mild disorder,which is scattered in space and has obvious differences,and the overall gradient change increases from west to east.The number of counties(cities and districts)with coupling coordination and non-coupling disharmony changed into coupling disharmony accounts for a relatively high proportion in the whole change process,and the overall system coordination is in a state of dissonance,but the degree of coupling coordination is gradually increasing.
