摘 要:随着我国养殖规模的扩大和产业比例的提升,人畜争粮问题越来越明显。我国非常规饲料原料资源十分丰富,但因其抗营养因子含量高、原料营养价值低等,限制了其在畜禽生产中的应用。近年来,利用微生物发酵技术提高非常规饲料资源利用价值和畜禽健康状况逐渐引起人们的关注。本文在简要介绍微生物发酵饲料特点的基础上,重点综述了微生物发酵对秸秆类、饼粕类、残次落果和蔬菜尾菜等非常规饲料原料营养价值的影响及其在畜禽上的应用,以期为非常规植物饲料资源的开发和发酵饲料在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。With the expansion of the scale of breeding and the improvement of the proportion of industry,the problem of competition for food between humans and animals is becoming more and more obvious.Unconventional feed resources in China is very rich,but its application in livestock and poultry production is limited due to its high content of anti-nutritional factors and low nutritional value of raw materials.In recent years,the use of microbial fermentation technology to improve the utilization value of unconventional feed resources and the health status of livestock and poultry has gradually attracted people's attention.In this paper,on the basis of a brief introduction to the characteristics of microbial fermented feed,the effects of microbial fermentation on the nutritional value of unconventional feed raw materials such as straw,cake meal,residual fruit drop and vegetable tail vegetables and their application in livestock and poultry were reviewed,aimed to provide reference for the development and rational application of unconventional plant feed resources.
