我国执业药师继续教育管理现状调研及分析

摘　　要：目的:分析我国执业药师继续教育管理现状,提出建议,推动执业药师继续教育管理进一步完善。方法:汇总我国执业药师继续教育现行制度及各省(自治区、直辖市)相关政策规定,分析我国执业药师继续教育管理机构、施教机构及教学实施现状,剖析执业药师继续教育工作中存在的不足,并提出相关建议。结果与结论:近年来,我国持续加强执业药师继续教育管理,但2024年发布的《执业药师继续教育暂行规定》尚缺少相关配套制度文件。部分地区在管理机构设置、施教机构准入等方面存在不足,实施层面也存在培训内容缺少针对性和实践性、培训形式过于单一等问题。建议尽快完善执业药师继续教育相关配套制度文件,健全制度体系;明晰管理模式,加强管理力度;规范施教机构准入标准,提升培训质量;丰富培训内容和形式,增强继续教育有效性。Objective:This paper aims to analyze the current situation of continuing education management for licensed pharmacists in China and provide suggestions to promote further improvements.Methods:The study reviews the current policies and the relevant regulations on the continuing education of licensed pharmacists across 31 provinces in China.It examines the status of management organizations,educational institutions,and the implementation of teaching,identifies deficiencies in the process,and puts forward relevant suggestions.Results and Conclusion:In recent years,China has continuously strengthened the management of continuing education for licensed pharmacists.However,the Interim Provisions on the Continuing Education of Licensed Pharmacists issued in 2024 still lack relevant supporting institutional documents.In some regions,there are shortcomings in the establishment of management institutions and the admission standards for teaching institutions.At the implementation level,issues include insufficient relevance and practicality of training content and overly simplistic training formats.It is recommended to accelerate the development of supporting institutional documents for the continuing education of licensed pharmacists,improve the institutional system,clarify the management model,strengthen oversight,standardize admission criteria for teaching institutions,enhance training quality,enrich training content and formats,and improve the overall effectiveness of continuing education.
