摘  要:文章以沪深A股非金融类上市公司2012—2022年30729个数据作为研究样本,实证检验了高管团队稳定性对企业绿色创新的影响及其作用机制.结果表明,高管团队稳定性对企业绿色创新有显著的正向影响,高管团队稳定性越好,企业绿色创新成果越多;以ESG表现作为中介变量,研究高管团队稳定性对企业绿色创新的作用机制,发现ESG表现在高管团队稳定性促进企业绿色创新过程中具有部分中介作用,稳定的高管团队更关注企业ESG表现提升,进而间接增加企业绿色创新成果.This paper takes 30729 data of non-financial listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2012 to 2022 as research samples to empirically tests the influence of executive management team stability on corporate green innovation and its mechanism.Empirical results show that the stability of the top management team has a significant positive impact on corporate green innovation.The better the stability of the executive team,the more corporate green innovation achievements there will be.Taking ESG performance as a mediating variable to study the mechanism of the executive team stability on corporate green innovation,it is found that ESG performance plays a partial mediating role in the process of promoting corporate green innovation through the stability of the executive team.A stable executive team pays more attention to the improvement of corporate ESG performance and then indirectly increases corporate green innovation achievements.
