化工专业毕业实习教学的调查分析及实施策略——以兰州城市学院为例

摘　　要：通过对兰州城市学院2024届化工专业本科毕业实习进行调查分析,提出了化工专业教育实践教学中毕业实习的实施策略.学校要加强化工专业宣传、开展实习培训、优化课程体系、鼓励学生积极参与企业科研项目、构建多元化实习评价体系;学校要选择与优质企业建立合作关系;政府要出台税收优惠政策以激励校企合作,对积极接纳大学生毕业实习、参与科研项目的企业给予税收减免.化工专业毕业实习教学的实施策略旨在更好地培养适应现代化工业生产、满足化工发展需求的应用型化工人才.The article conducted an investigation and research on the graduation internship situation of the undergraduate students majoring in chemical engineering of Lanzhou City University in 2024,and put forward some effective implementation strategies.On the school's part,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of the chemical engineering major,carry out internship training,optimize the curriculum system,encourage students to participate in the projects of enterprises,and build a diversified internship evaluation system.On the enterprise's part,it is required to choose to establish cooperative relationships with high-quality enterprises.On the government's part,the government should introduce preferential tax policies to encourage school-enterprise cooperation,and give tax relief to enterprises that actively accept college students'graduation internships and participate in scientific research projects to reduce the burden on enterprises.The implementation strategies for practical teaching of chemical engineering education aim to better cultivate applied talents who can adapt to modern industrial production.
