高速铁路车轮多边形和钢轨波磨相关性及影响

摘  要:基于轮轨系统摩擦耦合振动会引发车轮多边形和钢轨波磨的问题,以高速铁路长大坡道直线区段作为研究对象,建立了高速铁路轮轨系统的有限元模型,研究长大坡道直线区段轮轨系统的摩擦耦合振动特性,阐明了车轮多边形和钢轨波磨的耦合特性。研究结果表明:高速铁路长大坡道区段趋于饱和的轮轨蠕滑力,容易诱导轮轨系统的摩擦耦合振动,从而引发具有频率相关性的车轮多边形和钢轨波磨;具有频率相关性的车轮多边形和钢轨波磨均会加剧轮轨系统的摩擦耦合振动,其中车轮多边形的影响更为明显;无频率相关性的车轮多边形和钢轨波磨相互作用时,并未体现出相互促进的关系,且实际情况中难以出现完全吻合的具有频率相关性的车轮多边形和钢轨波磨,因此二者在后续发展中关联性较弱。The wheel polygon and rail corrugation are typical periodic wear in wheel-rail system.Wheel poly⁃gons and rail corrugations have similar formation mechanisms and manifestations.In order to explore the interac⁃tion mechanism and correlation between wheel polygon and rail corrugation,the finite element model of the wheel-rail system of high-speed railways is established.The friction coupling vibration characteristics of wheelrail system in the straight section of long-slope are investigated to elucidate the coupling characteristics between wheel polygon and rail corrugation.Analysis results indicate that the friction coupling vibration of the wheel-rail system is easily induced by the saturated wheel-rail creep force in long-slope sections of high-speed railways,thus triggering the wheel polygon and rail corrugation with frequency correlation.The wheel polygon and rail corrugation with frequency-dependent exacerbate the friction coupling vibration of the wheel-rail system,in which the influence of wheel polygon is more significant.The mutually promoting relationship is not reflected in the interaction between wheel polygon and rail corrugation with frequency-independent.Furthermore,because it is difficult to achieve a perfect matching of wheel polygon and rail corrugation with frequency-dependent in actual situations,the correlation between wheel polygon and rail corrugation is weak in subsequent development.
