摘 要:针对新时期应用型本科人才培养过程中所面临的机遇与挑战,以学生为中心、以教师为引领、以产业为依托,深入挖掘校企自身优势与特长,将教研互促、产教协作、产研互进相融合,深入构建校内校外产教研三元双循环下的新工科专业人才培养体系,并以上海海洋大学机器人工程专业人才培养过程为例,对相关模式的建设方法进行阐述。In view of the opportunities and challenges faced in the process of cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in the new era,taking students as the center,teachers as the guides,and industry as the support,we deeply explore the advantages and specialties of universities and enterprises,integrate education-research mutual promotion,industry-education cooperation,and industry-research mutual progress,deeply build a new engineering professional talent training model under the inside and outside dual cycle with Industry-Education-Research elements.Taking the robotics engineering professional training process of Shanghai Ocean University as an example,the construction methods of related models are explained.
