摘 要:针对XY120120微米运动平台的二维精密控制需求,采用ECI2208运动控制卡和SR2-Plus步进电机驱动器研制了一台运动控制器,并基于Qt设计开发了上位机测控软件,在X、Y两个维度实现了高精度的位置定位控制和线性运动控制。实验结果表明,该实验系统在X、Y两个轴向上的平均定位绝对误差分别为0.3535μm和0.2867μm,相对误差分别为3.54%与2.87%。该实验系统可用于一些微米量级运动测控场景,例如微流体、细胞观测、激光光刻等涉及显微观测和精密控制的教学或科研实验,其设计方案和测试方法也具有一定的工程参考价值。In order to meet the two-dimensional precision control requirements of the XY120120 micrometer motion platform,a motion controller is developed by using the ECI2208 motion control card and SR2-Plus stepper motor drivers,and an upper computer measurement and control software is designed and developed based on Qt.This motion control experimental system has achieved high-precision positioning control and linear motion control within the range of 0~200μm(both X、Y dimensions).The experimental results show that the average positioning absolute errors of the experimental system in the X and Y axes are 0.3535μm and 0.2867μm,and the relative errors are 3.54%and 2.87%,respectively.The experimental system can be used in some micro motion measurement and control experiments,such as microfluidics,cell observation,laser lithography and other teaching or scientific research experiments involving microscopic observation and precision control.Its design scheme and test methods also have certain engineering reference value.
