摘　　要：实验教学是理工科教学中的重要环节,针对目前实训设备开发主要依赖进口自动化设备的现状,燕山大学自动化系与深圳汇川技术有限公司合作,开发了一套基于汇川PLC、变频器和伺服驱动器的国产综合自动化实训平台。该平台是集PLCI/O控制、变频器控制技术、伺服驱动控制技术、人机接口及工业现场总线通信于一体的综合实验教学平台,且具有远程控制实验功能。学生通过实训平台进行上位机人机界面设计和下位机PLC控制程序开发,可提高设计开发能力、实践能力和创新创业能力。Experimental teaching is an important part of science and engineering teaching.In view of the current situation that the development of training equipment mainly depends on imported automation equipment,the Department of Automation of Yanshan University has cooperated with Shenzhen Huichuan Technology Co.,Ltd.,to develop a set of domestic integrated automation training platform based on Huichuan PLC,inverter and servo driver.This platform is a comprehensive experimental teaching platform that integrates PLC I/O control,frequency converter control technology,servo drive control technology,human-machine interface,and industrial field bus communication,and has remote control experimental functions.Students have improved their design and development abilities,practical abilities,and innovation and entrepreneurship abilities by designing upper computer human-machine interfaces and developing lower computer PLC control programs through practical training platforms.
