摘 要:为了对电能计量装置的异常情况进行精准监测,提高电力系统的运行质量,提出基于用电信息的电能计量装置异常监测方法。该方法首先通过用电信息采集系统,对电能计量装置中的用电信息进行采集。其次,为了提高用电信息的质量,对采集的用电信息进行缺失填充。最后,提取异常用电信息特征,采用聚类算法判断出全部异常用电信息,完成电能计量装置的异常监测。实验结果表明,与现有的监测方法相比,所提方法能够对电能计量装置的异常情况进行有效监测,并在提高监测精度的基础上缩短监测时间,监测精度最高达到98.7%,实际应用效果较强。In order to accurately monitor abnormal situations of energy metering devices and improve the operational quality of the power system,a method for monitoring abnormal situations of energy metering devices based on electricity consumption information is proposed.This method first collects electricity consumption information from the energy metering device through an electricity consumption information collection system.Secondly,in order to improve the quality of electricity usage information,missing data should be filled in for the collected electricity usage information.Finally,extract the features of abnormal electricity consumption information,use clustering algorithm to determine all abnormal electricity consumption information,and complete the abnormal monitoring of the electric energy metering device.The experimental results show that compared with existing monitoring methods,the proposed method can effectively monitor abnormal situations of electric energy metering devices and shorten monitoring time while improving monitoring accuracy.The monitoring accuracy can reach up to 98.7%,and the practical application effect is strong.
