摘　　要：水生态产品价值实现对践行“两山”理念等具有深远意义。文章在简要介绍水生态产品价值实现研究进展的基础上,深入剖析了江西省在用水权市场化交易、“节水贷”金融服务、水生态补偿、水土保持碳汇交易以及水土保持生态产品市场交易等水生态产品价值实现方面的的积极探索,指出在水生态产品权属、价值核算体系、产品种类与路径丰富性、交易市场培育以及体制机制创新等方面存在不足。提出应在强化政府统筹引领、加大科技支撑力度、强化水利水保基础设施建设、加强绿色金融支持、构建政府和市场双轮驱动格局以及加强宣传引导等方面加大工作力度,促进江西省水生态产品价值实现的可持续健康发展。The effective realization of the value of water resources ecological products has profound significance for implementing the concept of“Two Mountains”.On the basis of a brief introduction to the research progress of water resources ecological products value realization,the active exploration in realizing the value of water ecological products in Jiangxi Province were analysed.It encompasses the market-oriented transactions of water rights,financial services of“water-saving loan”,water ecological compensation mechanism,carbon sink transactions of soil and water conservation,and the market transactions of soil and water conservation ecological products.In the process of exploration,it has been found that realizing the value of water ecological products still faces numerous challenges.These challenges include the clarification of ownership,value accounting system,richness of product types and paths,cultivation of the trading market,and innovation of institutional mechanisms.In response to these challenges,strategic recommendations are proposed to enhance government coordination and leadership,increase scientific and technological support,improve the construction of water conservancy and protection infrastructure,bolster green financial support,establish a dual-drive model between the government and the market,and strengthen public awareness and guidance.These measures aim to continuously improve and optimize the pathway for realizing the value of water and ecological products.
