摘  要:在不影响行业整体燃料目标的基础上,基于GB 27999-2019标准和市场公开数据,研究了在我国利用车辆脚印面积替换整备质量计算燃料目标的方法及其影响。研究得出了基于脚印面积计算燃料目标的公式。切换为用脚印面积计算后,行业整体的燃料目标保持不变,但是具体车辆的燃料目标有些被加严,有些被放宽。其中加严的车型主要是国产和日系,整备质量在1 400~1 800 kg的SUV车型,加严0.1~0.3 L/100 km;放宽车型主要是德系和日系,整备质量在1 200~1 500 kg的轿车,放宽0.1~0.3 L/100 km。基于脚印面积计算燃料目标能引导车辆轻量化,鼓励"既大又轻"车辆的发展、引导“既小又重”和“又大又重”的车辆往“既大又轻”方向发展。With the goal of overall fuel consumption target for the passenger car industry remains unchanged,the calculation methods and their impact on calculating fuel consumption targets by replacing vehicle equipment quality with footprint area have been studied based on GB 27999-2019 standard and market data.The calculation methods of fuel consumption target based on footprint area is obtained.After switching to calculating fuel consumption targets based on footprint area,the overall fuel consumption target of the industry remains unchanged,but from the perspective of vehicle,some have been tightened and some have been relaxed.Vehicles with stricter fuel consumption targets are mainly distributed in Chinese and Japanese SUVs with equipment quality of 1400-1800 kg,the tightening range is around 0.1-0.3 L/100 km.On the contrary,relaxed vehicles are mainly distributed in German and Japanese cars with equipment quality of 1200-1500 kg,and the relaxation is about 0.1-0.3 L/100 km.The calculation of fuel consumption targets based on footprint area can guide the development of vehicle lightweight,encourage the development of"both large and light"vehicles,and advance"both small and heavy"and"large and heavy"vehicles to the direction of"both large and light".
