聚丙烯纤维水泥稳定沙底基层材料干缩性能研究

摘  要:一带一路工程项目孟加拉国达卡环城高速公路应用了水泥稳定沙底基层,由于水泥稳定沙易导致干燥收缩开裂引发路面反射裂缝产生,影响路面的使用寿命。为减少水泥稳定沙的干燥收缩,本文通过在水泥稳定沙中掺入聚丙烯纤维以改善其干缩性能。通过干燥收缩试验,研究了不同长度和掺量的聚丙烯纤维对不同细度模数的水泥稳定沙干缩性能的影响。结果表明:聚丙烯纤维能够显著改善水泥稳定沙的干缩性能;水泥稳定沙的干缩系数随着纤维长度的增加而减小,大于12 mm后又有所增大;随着纤维掺量的增多干缩系数持续减小;当纤维长度为9 mm,掺量为0.5‰时,水泥稳定沙的干缩性能最好;级配对其干缩有很大的影响,沙的细度模数越小,水泥稳定沙的干缩系数越大。当纤维长度为9 mm,掺量为0.5‰时,水泥稳定细沙干缩系数较水泥稳定粗沙大29.4%。The Belt and Road project Dhaka Ring Expressway in Bangladesh applies cement stabilized sand subgrade,which is prone to drying shrinkage cracking and reflective cracks on the pavement,affecting the service life of the pavement.In order to reduce the drying shrinkage of cement stabilized sand,this paper improves the drying shrinkage performance of cement stabilized sand by mixing polypropylene fibers in it.Through the drying shrinkage test,the effect of different lengths and dosages of polypropylene fibers on the drying shrinkage of cement stabilized sand with different fineness moduli was studied.The results show that:polypropylene fiber can significantly improve the dry shrinkage performance of cement stabilized sand;the dry shrinkage coefficient of cement stabilized sand decreases with the increase of fiber length,and then increases after greater than 12 mm;with the increase of fiber doping dry shrinkage coefficient continues to decrease;when the fiber length of 9mm,doping amount of 0.5‰,the dry shrinkage of cement stabilized sand is the best performance;the gradation has a great impact on its dry shrinkage,the fineness of sand The smaller the modulus,the larger the coefficient of dry shrinkage of cement stabilized sand.When the fiber length is 9 mm,the dosage is 0.5‰,the dry shrinkage coefficient of cement stabilized fine sand is 29.4%larger than that of cement stabilized coarse sand.
