摘　　要：针对目前城市轨道交通运营效益综合评价中评价指标体系不完善与指标权重不够客观的问题,以南宁市为例,通过构建包括交通、经济和社会效益3个子系统,以及14个指标的城市轨道交通系统运营效益综合评价体系,提出AHP-EWM法主客观组合赋权,并采用M(^(*),+)算子进行模糊综合评价确定评价结果。结果表明,2020-2022年南宁市轨道交通运营效益评价值分别为3.767、3.845、4.061,呈逐年上升趋势且等级都为良。影响南宁市轨道交通运营效益的敏感性指标为经济增长效益、运力替代效益、产业结构调整与空间布局优化效益、减少事故效益及沿线土地增值效益。Aiming at the problem of imperfect evaluation index system and insufficient objective weight of indexes in the current comprehensive evaluation of urban rail transit operation efficiency,taking Nanning City as an example,through constructing three subsystems of traffic,economic and social benefits,and 14 indexes of the comprehensive evaluation system of operation efficiency of urban rail transit system,the subjective and objective combination of the AHP-EWM method is proposed to assign the weights,and adopting the M(^(*),+)operator to carry out fuzzy integrated evaluation to determine the evaluation results.The results show that the evaluation values of the operational efficiency of Nanning City rail transit from 2020 to 2022 are 3.767,3.845,and 4.061,respectively,which show an increasing trend year by year and the grades are all good.The sensitivity indicators affecting the operational benefits of rail transit in Nanning City are economic growth benefits,capacity substitution benefits,industrial structure adjustment and spatial layout optimization benefits,accident reduction benefits and land appreciation benefits along the line.
