摘 要:针对对置分体式混合施肥机依靠手动操作、自动化程度低、操作频繁切换的问题,基于农艺的排肥需求,研究了施肥机的自动化升级改造方案,设计了施肥机排肥控制系统,基本实现了旋耕机在提升状态时停止排肥、排肥速度随车速自动调节的功能,并通过排肥均匀性试验、整机性能试验验证了排肥控制系统的效果。结果表明:有机肥、复合肥排肥量稳定性变异系数分别为4.12%和1.62%,均小于国家标准中7.8%的标准值;有机肥、复合肥在施肥均匀性试验区段内均不存在无肥料区段,施肥机断条率为0%,满足国家标准要求;实际施肥量与施肥机的作业速度无关,仅与施肥设定量有关。In view of the problems of manual operation,low degree of automation and frequent switching of operation of the oppo‐site split type mixed fertilizer applicator,based on the needs of fertilizer discharge in agriculture,the automatic upgrading and trans‐formation scheme of the fertilizer applicator was studied,and the fertilizer discharge control system of the fertilizer applicator was designed,which basically realized the function of stopping fertilizer discharge when the rotary tiller was raised,and the fertilizer dis‐charge speed was automatically adjusted with the vehicle speed.The effect of the fertilizer control system was verified by the unifor‐mity test and the performance test of the whole machine.The results showed that the stability variation coefficients of organic fertiliz‐er and compound fertilizer were 4.12%and 1.62%,respectively,which were lower than the standard value of 7.8%in the national standard.Organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer did not exist in the unfertilized section of the fertilization uniformity test section,and the broken strip rate of the fertilizer applicator was 0%,which met the requirements of national standards.The actual fertilizer amount has nothing to do with the operation speed of the fertilizer applicator,and only has something to do with the set amount of fertilizer.
