青海省湟中区马铃薯生物拌种剂筛选试验初探

摘　　要：为了筛选出适合当地马铃薯绿色高产高效生产的拌种剂,选用6种不同生产厂家的生物拌种剂,以不做拌种播种空白处理为对照,开展田间试验。试验结果表明,在其他生产管理措施一致的前提下,马铃薯拌种剂处理后较空白处理均表现为出苗早、出苗率高、病株率低、商品率高、产量高的综合表现,使用盛兴隆拌种剂处理的马铃薯产量最高,比空白对照增产672.03 kg,增幅18.63%,综合表现最佳,适合大面积推广应用。In order to select the seed mixing agent suitable for green,high-yield and high-efficiency production of local potatoes,6 kinds of biological seed mixing agent from different manufacturers were selected to carry out field experiments without sowing blank treatment.The experimental results showed that under the premise of the same production management measures,the potato treated with seed mixing agent showed early emergence,higher seedling rate,lower diseased plant rate,higher commercial rate and higher yield than blank treatment.The potato treated with Shengxinglong seed mixing agent had the highest yield,increasing 672.03 kg compared with blank control,with an increase of 18.63%,the comprehensive performance was the best,and suitable for the largescale promotion and application.
