基于社会网络分析法的天津区域科技合作创新态势研究

摘　　要：以2005—2022年天津市科学技术奖授奖项目中的合作单位信息为研究对象,构建天津市科技合作创新网络,分析获奖主体合作网络的结构特征与演化过程。研究表明:天津市科技合作创新网络规模不断扩大,多机构的合作模式成为主导;高校的创新引导作用日益凸显,企业数量在历年科技创新合作中占据首位;天津市科技创新网络的主体间合作度逐年增高,但仍存在不平衡性,呈现“高校—企业/研究院所—医院”的“核心—中间—边缘”分布趋势。基于此,从完善科研创新体系、建立新型研究机构等方面提出了对策建议。In this article,we take cooperation institutions in the 2005—2022 Tianjin City Science and Technology Awards as research subjects,construct a cooperation network of scientific and technological innovation in Tianjin and further examine the organizational characteristics and trends in the cooperation network among these award-winning institutions.The results indicate that the scale of cooperation network in scientific and technological innovation in Tianjin is continuously expanding and multi-organizational cooperation is becoming predominant.The guiding role of universities in innovation is increasingly pronounced and enterprises hold the foremost position in cooperation in scientific and technological innovation over the years.The degree of cooperation among the main entities of scientific and technological innovation network is annually increasing.However,there remains an imbalance with an emerging trend of“core-intermediate-edge”distribution among“universities-enterprises/research institutes-hospitals”.Based on these research findings,we propose some targeted suggestions in terms of improving the research and innovation ecosystem and establishing new types of research institutions.
