摘　　要：经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)放置胰管支架是处理胰管高压的主流治疗手段,但3%~10%的患者内镜治疗不成功。超声内镜引导下胰管穿刺引流术(endoscopic ultrasoundguided pancreatic duct drainage,EUS-PD)是目前处理胰管高压的新型治疗方法,已成为ERCP失败后的重要补救手段。文章汇总相关文献,结合临床实践,总结了EUS-PD最新的治疗进展,探讨其临床应用价值。Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)is the mainstream treatment for pancreatic duct hypertension,but endoscopic transpapillary pancreatic duct drainage can failed in approximately 5%to 10%of patients.Endoscopic ultrasound-guided pancreatic duct drainage(EUS-PD)is a novel treatment for pancreatic duct hypertension and has been increasingly used as an alternative technique after failed ERCP.We reviewed relevant literature and combined it with clinical practice to summarize the latest treatment progress of EUS-PD and explore its clinical application value.
