摘　　要：随着内镜超声下介入治疗的发展,超声内镜引导下胆囊引流逐渐发展成为除经皮胆囊引流等传统治疗方式外的又一安全且有效的胆囊引流方式。具有较高的成功率和较低的副反应发生率。文章系统介绍了超声内镜引导下胆囊引流术的发展历史、具体操作方法、适应证和目前应用现状。With the development of endoscopic ultrasound-guided interventions,endoscopic ultrasound-guided gallbladder drainage has gradually become another safe and effective way of gallbladder drainage,in addition to traditional treatments like percutaneous gallbladder drainage.It has a high success rate and a low incidence of adverse events.This article describes the historical development,specific operational methods,indications,and current application status of endoscopic ultrasound-guided gallbladder drainage.
