摘  要:基于当今社会空巢化现象日益加剧,空巢老人数量逐渐增加,着实以空巢居家老人作为研究对象,从空巢老人的居家生活需求进行研究分析,探索出适合于空巢老人的居家空间环境。首先,运用KJ法收集、整合、筛选空巢老人居家空间设计的适老化需求要素;其次,通过AHP层次分析与权法计算各需求指标的主观权重与客观权重;最后,通过博弈论算出主观与客观的组合权重,并将组合权重进行综合排序,根据指标的优先级排序来探索空巢老人居家空间设计的路径。通过对空巢老人居家空间需求的研究与要素权重的计算,可以有效地将重要需求要素进行提炼,分别从行为需求、环境需求、个性需求三个方面确定设计的切入点,进而为空巢老人居家空间提出更为确切的设计指导策略,对相关的空间设计提供参考路径。Based on the increasing phenomenon of empty nestin today's society and the increasing number of empty nest elderly people,this study focuses on the home living needs of empty nest elderly people,and explores a suitable home space environment for them.Firstly,the KJ method is used to collect integrate,and screen the aging needs elements of empty nestelderly people's home space design;Secondly,the subjective and objective weights of eachdemand indicator are calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy weight method;Finally,the subjective and objective combination weights are calculated through game theory,and the combination weights are comprehensively ranked to explore the path of empty nest elderly home space designbased on the priority ranking of indicators.Conclusion:By studying the home space needs of empty nest elderly people and calculating the weight of elements,important demand elements can be effectively extracted,and design entry points can be determined from three aspects:behavioral needs,environmental needs,and personality needs.This can provide more accurate design guidance strategies for empty nest elderly people's home space and provide reference paths for related spatial design.
