摘　　要：文章以赤塚派莳绘为例,探讨日本传统手工艺家元传承的独特机制及其在现代社会中的适应与发展。文章在回顾赤塚派发展脉络基础上,通过分析其内部传承及扩展方式,肯定了家族内部代际传承对技艺延续的积极作用,揭示了嫡长继承制及其局限性;进而论证了封建社会向现代社会转型过程中,面临工业化和市场经济冲击挑战时的应对策略。This thesis takes the Akatsuka School of Maki-e as an example to explore the unique mechanism of family transmission of traditional Japanese handicrafts and its adaptation and development in modern society.On the basis of reviewing the development of the Akatsuka School,the article analyses its internal inheritance and expansion methods,affirms the positive role of intergenerational inheritance within the family in the continuation of skills,and reveals the system of first-inheritance and its limitations;and then demonstrates the coping strategies when facing the challenges of industrialisation and the impact of the market economy in the process of the transformation ofa feudal society into amodern society.
