摘 要:改进公共设施中人机交互界面的交互体验和菜单可用性,提升公共数字文化信息的传播效率,提高公众对信息的接收效果。文章首先以席克定律与费兹定律为理论基础,设计交互界面的选项数量与选项尺寸;其次结合公共设施的尺寸特点,确定交互界面选项位置和交互热区;再次根据公共设施用户特点,提出界面设计原则,设计博物馆智能讲解设备的人机交互界面;最后使用调节中介效应检验设计优化的效果。测试结果表明,人机交互界面作为调节中介变量,公众信息查询需求作为自变量,二者结合对因变量信息接收率有调节中介作用,用户在使用过程中信息查询需求显著增多,信息接收率显著提高。公共设施的人机交互界面是公众与数字文化信息的基本接口,规范的人机交互设计原则能够提高系统的可用性,改善用户体验,也能够为公共数字文化信息基础服务设备的人机界面设计提供参考。Objective To improve the interactive experience and menu availability of human-computer interactive interface in public facilities,enhance the efficiency of public digital cultural information transmission,and improve the public's receiving effect of information.Methods First,based on Schick's law and Fitz's law,the number and size of options on the interface were designed.Secondly,combined with the size characteristics of intelligent explaining equipment,determine the location of interactive interface options and interactive hot area;Thirdly,according to the characteristics of museum users,the principle of interface design is put forward to design the humancomputer interaction interface of museum intelligent explanation equipment.Finally,the mediation effect was used to test the effect of design optimization.Results The test results showed that the combination of humancomputer interaction interface as the mediating variable and public information query demand as the independent variable had a mediating effect on the dependent variable information reception rate.In the process of use,the user's information query demand increased significantly and the information reception rate increased significantly.Conclusion The human-computer interaction interface of public facilities is the basic interface between the public and digital culturalinformation.The standardized human-computer interaction design can improve the availability of the system and the efficiency of information query,and also provide reference for the design of basic service equipment of public digital cultural information.
