摘　　要：目的探究青少年抑郁症患者不良生活事件对非自杀性自伤行为的影响。方法择取本院80例青少年抑郁症患者(2022.01~2024.01)深入分析,依据非自杀性自伤行为分为青少年抑郁伴非自杀性自伤行为组(n=36例)、青少年自杀性自伤行为组(n=44例),分析其相关性。结果不同性别、户籍、独生情况、家庭月人均收入、家族精神疾病史青少年抑郁症患者的自我伤害评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组人际关系、学习压力、亲友与财产丧失、情感虐待、情感忽视对比无差异(P>0.05);而受惩罚、健康及适应、躯体虐待、性虐待对比有差异(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析发现,受惩罚、健康及适应、躯体虐待、性虐待是非自杀性自伤的影响因素。结论青少年抑郁症患者非自杀性自伤行为极易受不良生活事件的影响,增加非自杀性自伤行为风险,可通过改善生活环境,增进亲子关系,纠正不良教育观念等消除非自杀性自伤行为。Objective To explore the influence of negative life events on non-suicidal self-injury behavior in adolescent patients with depression.Methods 80 cases of adolescent depression in our hospital(January 2022~January 2024)were selected for in-depth analysis.According to non-suicidal self-injury behavior,they were divided into adolescent depression with non-suicidal self-injury behavior group(n=36 cases)and adolescent suicidal self-injury behavior group(n=44 cases)to analyze their correlation.Results There was no significant difference in the self injury scores of adolescent depression patients between different genders,registered residence,single child status,family monthly per capita income,and family history of mental illness(P>0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of interpersonal relationships,academic pressure,loss of family and property,emotional abuse,and emotional neglect.There were differences in punishment,health and adaptation,physical abuse,and sexual abuse(P<0.05);multivariate Logistic regression analysis found that punishment,health and adaptation,physical abuse,and sexual abuse are the influencing factors of non suicidal self injury.Conclusion Adolescent depression patients'non-suicidal self-injury behavior is easily influenced by bad life events,which increases the risk of non-suicidal self-injury behavior.We can eliminate non-suicidal self-injury behavior by improving living environment,enhancing parent-child relationship and correcting bad educational concepts.
