摘 要:目的本研究主要探究宽恕团体干预对幼师专业学生宽恕水平的影响。方法通过公开招募某高职院校幼师专业学生作为被试,最终对照组18人和实验组22人。2024年3月~5月在学校心理活动室对实验组进行干预,对照组不干预。利用Hearland宽恕量表收集前后测数据,并进行t检验。结果(1)干预前两组在宽恕他人、宽恕自己和宽恕总得分上无显著差异;(2)干预后,宽恕干预组在宽恕他人、宽恕自己和宽恕总分上均显著高于对照组(t=2.750、3.357、4.065,P<0.05);(3)对照组仅在宽恕他人得分上表现出前后测显著差异(t=2.211,P<0.05),宽恕干预组在宽恕他人(t=3.367)、宽恕自己(t=4.227)和宽恕总分(t=5.634)上前后测差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论通过研究验证了宽恕团体干预能有效提升幼师专业学生的宽恕水平,这一发现对幼师专业学生的心理健康成长及职业能力培养具有重要价值。Objective This study primarily investigates the effect of forgiveness group intervention on the forgiveness level of prospective preschool teachers.Methods Prospective preschool teachers from a vocational college were recruited openly as participants,resulting in 18 individuals in the control group and 22 in the experimental group.From March to May 2024,an intervention was conducted on the experimental group in the school's psychological activity room,while no intervention was implemented on the control group.Pre-and post-test data were collected using the Hearland Forgiveness Inventory,and t-tests were conducted.Results(1)Before the intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of forgiveness of others,forgiveness of oneself,and total forgiveness scores.(2)After the intervention,the forgiveness intervention group exhibited significantly higher scores in forgiveness of others,forgiveness of oneself,and total forgiveness than the control group(t=2.750,t=3.357,t=4.065,P<0.05).(3)The control group showed a significant difference in the forgiveness of others score between the pre-and post-tests(t=2.211,P<0.05),while the forgiveness intervention group demonstrated significant differences in forgiveness of others(t=3.367),forgiveness of oneself(t=4.227),and total forgiveness scores(t=5.634,P<0.05).Conclusion The study has validated that forgiveness group intervention can effectively enhance the forgiveness level of prospective preschool teachers.This finding holds significant value for the mental health growth and professional competence development of prospective preschool teachers.
